Most of our customers are small business people that can't afford some of the lavish prices charged for computer services.  Our prices are therefore set to accommodate our client base.

Program Installations

     If you have any trouble at all downloading and/or installing any of our systems, feel free to email or call us.  We will do our best to get you up and running with no cost to you.

Database Conversions 

     If you are currently using a different system and would like to switch to any of our systems, we can convert the data from your existing system into the system of your choice.  The current rate is $50.00 per hour.  The average cost to date is between $250.00 and $400.00.  Turn around time is 1-2 days.

     If you are just starting out and dread the amount of data entry facing you, we can create a starter database for you from subscriber text file(s) supplied by the publishers for whom you deliver.

Publisher Interfaces

     TossEm! and Extra!32 have modules that can be modified which allow these systems to electronically communicate with your publisher to obtain, and automatically process, your Start, Stop, Complaint and Memo transactions for you.  Call for details.

Custom programming

     If there is a feature that you would like to have incorporated into any of our systems, it can be done for you.  The programming rate is also $50.00 per hour.

Technical Support

     We provide free technical support for 30 days from the date of purchase.  Thereafter, support can be obtained via email at no cost.  Telephone support is offered in yearly support agreements.  See Service Agreements.

Remote Technical Support

     Remote support is offered through the use of pcAnywhere.  When pcAnywhere is installed on your PC and configured to receive a call, we can tap into your computer to fix whatever goes wrong with any of our systems.  It's just like we're there with you even though we are separated by many miles.  This support option is provided to anyone on an annual service agreement or on a per incident basis.  The charge per incident is $75.00.
