Each day, I receive 2 complaint recaps for all agencies.  One arrives around 10:15am and the other around 4:15pm.  Once received, I will upload them to this web site and include links to them on this page.  I will do my best to post both reports daily, but my schedule may not permit the posting of the later report.  Even if the later report is posted, there is so little time before the Sun closes is system for end of day processing, that any complaint deduction may not get entered in time.

        Click on the appropriate agency recap link below.  Scroll the report looking for any complaint(s) that apply to you (the complaints are listed in Carrier Route Order).  If you see a complaint that you think is wrong, fill out the form at the bottom of this page.  When you are done, click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form to email me with the information you provided.  I will then investigate the complaint and submit for a deduction if it is warranted. 

        Keep in mind that both of us are held responsible for all complaints that the Sun receives, even if the complaint is not your fault.  Getting even one complaint deducted, however, could make the difference in whether or not we lose money.
